About The Company ARA s client is a leading IT solutions provider offering Applications Business Process Outsourcing BPO and Infrastructure services globally through a combination of technology knowhow domain and process expertise The company has been garnering can be attributed to their undeterred focus in delivering quality solutions across verticals that meet the challenging requirements of their esteemed customers They have been recently felicitated by the Economic Times as the most distinguished digital company 2015 They have also been ranked 29 of 100 largest financial technology vendors by American Banker and BAI in the FinTech Forward Top 100 rankings The Role We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with 10 years of experience to create meaningful and engaging solutions for various products Should have worked in a client facing project which involved global teams Designer plays a pivotal role in our products success and we believe that as a designer you can contribute towards the larger goals and shape the future of our product lines As part of the design team you will be creating intuitive and delightful interfaces that help users accomplish their goals As a designer you will work alongside other designers and develop solutions that engage and solve actual consumer needs Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate for this job should have Should have worked with Global teams Should have worked in B2C or B2B teams A high-quality portfolio of work showing your skills accomplishments impacts and challenges Attention to detailed and clear interaction design specifications UX-focused design works and style guidelines for web and mobile applications demonstrating clear empathy for the user and business objectives Excellent communication presentation and organizational skills Impeccable attention to detail Past experience in mentoring other designers in the team A proven track record of data-driven design Skills Required User Research - Translate complex design problems user pain points and research findings into practical and impactful design solutions Prototyping Wireframing Persona creation Information Architecture creation A B Testing and User Testing Design Thinking Visual Design Identify new product improvement opportunities Translate business requirements into concrete ideas and refine and iterate on those ideas being a consumer advocate Work with UX design leads development and product management teams to ensure interaction and visual designs are in sync with our design guidelines and functionalities are engaging and meaningful for varying user technical and performance specifications Experience working on design system is a must and should be able contribute towards an evolving design system Provide extraordinary experiences for consumer products based on customer feedback data analytics and industry trends Measure and present actual UX outcomes impacts using qualitative and quantitative methods Present design ideas to cross-functional teams key stakeholders and senior leadership Contribute to the continuing growth of a strong design team Support the UX design practice by actively seeking process improvements driving productive change and running exercises to encourage widespread UX adoption Tools Axure RP 9 Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud Juggle multiple projects parallelly and own multiple product lines Qualifications Experience 10 years overall experience and 6 years Relevant experience Any Graduate Required Skills ux designer Prototyping Wireframing Visual Design Axure RP 9 Figma Adobe Creative CloudEducational Qualification Any graduateOct 29 2024Pay Rate2000000 - 2500000 INR Per Annum10 - 12 Years Exp 1 Vacancy
