Job Title: Senior UI/UX DesignerLocation: Bangalore Experience: 4–8 yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe're seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end design journey—from initial discovery through to delivery and iteration. You'll craft experiences that feel intuitive and polished across web and mobile, working closely with stakeholders at every stage. Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Ownership: Lead user research, journey mapping, wireframing, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, usability testing, and final handoff.

Design Systems: Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library for consistency across platforms. Collaboration: Partner with engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to align on requirements, feasibility, and launch readiness. Iteration & Validation: Analyze user feedback and metrics, then iterate designs to continuously improve usability and engagement.

Mentorship: Guide and review work of junior designers, sharing best practices and fostering design excellence. Requirements4 years in UI/UX roles owning complete design lifecycles. Mastery of tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Deep understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive layouts.

Proven track record translating research insights into actionable design solutions. Strong communication skills for articulating design rationale to diverse audiences. Nice to HaveExperience with motion design or micro-interactions.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, design tokens). Use of testing/analytics tools (Maze, Hotjar, FullStory). Background in agile, sprint-based design processes.
