Job Title: Senior UX Design Lead

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Senior UX Design Lead to join our team. As a Senior UX Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design process and creating innovative product experiences that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop products that exceed customer expectations.
  • Create user personas to guide design decisions and align product features with customer needs.

  • Present multiple paths forward early on to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a product designer at consumer-focused tech companies.
  • Portfolio showcasing robust product design work and expertise.
  • Experience working with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • A strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Sketch and InVision.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
