Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting seamless and engaging user experiences across our products.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints. You will design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces using wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups.

Additionally, you will conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions. You will lead redesign efforts for existing products or features, ensuring improved usability and aesthetic quality.

Furthermore, you will ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms and devices. You will support development teams through implementation, ensuring design intent is preserved and executed.

Finally, you will stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices; recommend innovative solutions to enhance user engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects and design thinking.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and translating insights into actionable design.
  • Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail (typography, color theory, layout).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
