Role Senior UX Designer Location Bangalore Experience 8 Yrs We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-centered experiences for our digital products and platforms in particular for the ChemisTwin system Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end UX design process including user research information architecture wireframing prototyping and usability testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements and business goals Create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive product adoption Advocate for best practices in UX design and contribute to the evolution of the design system and guidelines Mentor and guide junior UX designers fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and innovation Connect with other product teams to ensure a common visual appearance of products Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or related field Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX design projects Proficiency in the Figma design tool Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with development teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in the healthcare life science or electronics industries Familiarity with front-end development technologies HTML CSS
