Angular UI/UX Lead

Job Title: UI/UX Lead Location: On-site, Mokila, Hyderabad Joining: Immediate joiners (0–30 days) preferred Role Overview We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Lead (Individual Contributor) responsible for end-to-end design of our enterprise ERP and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, building design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires hands-on work with both old and new Angular versions, mobile frameworks, modern design tools, and Agile project execution. You will own the complete UX strategy and execution for all modules of the ERP—from understanding user journeys across real estate functions to delivering highly intuitive, efficient, and modern user experiences. Key Responsibilities 1. UX Strategy & Research Conduct user research, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with internal teams (Sales, Projects, Procurement, Finance, CRM, HR, Management, etc.) Map end-to-end user journeys for multiple ERP modules and real estate workflows Convert business requirements into clear UX problem statements and design hypotheses Perform competitive analysis, usability audits, and workflow evaluation 2. Design & Prototyping Create wireframes, prototypes, workflows, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications Build intuitive interfaces optimized for ERP-heavy functions and complex workflows Execute responsive design across devices and screen types Prepare developer-ready design documents 3. Design System & Component Library Build and maintain a unified Design System and UI Component Library for web (Angular) and mobile apps Ensure scalable, reusable, and consistent UI patterns Document UX guidelines, interactions, spacing rules, accessibility, and usage standards 4. Collaboration & Delivery Work closely with frontend developers (Angular), backend developers, QA, Business Analysts, and product stakeholders Participate in Agile ceremonies—daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT Use Jira for task tracking, progress updates, and collaboration Deliver designs aligned with sprint timelines and release cycles 5. User Testing & Quality Conduct usability testing with internal teams Iterate on design improvements based on feedback and data Ensure high usability, accessibility, and performance Provide design QA during development to ensure pixel-perfect implementation Modules You Will Work On (Complete Enterprise ERP Scope – Built From Scratch) Land Acquisition & Legal Pre-Sales / CRM Sales & Bookings Agreements & Documentation Procurement & P2P Vendor Management Projects & Construction Management BOQ/BOM & Workflows HRMS & Payroll Finance & Accounts Inventory & Warehouse Customer Care & Post-Sales Audit, Compliance & Document Control Management Dashboards & Analytics Key Deliverables User research insights and requirement documentation Complete UX workflows, IA (Information Architecture) Wireframes, interactive prototypes (web & mobile) High-fidelity UI screens for all ERP modules Full-scale Design System (web + mobile) Component library for Angular Usability test reports & design validation Jira task documentation Accessibility-optimized UI components Final design assets for development handoff Required Skills & Experience Core UX/UI Skills 7–10 years of hands-on UI/UX experience Strong expertise in: UX research, user flows, journey maps Wireframing & prototyping UI design & visual design principles Interaction design & micro-interactions Ability to translate complex business processes into simple, intuitive experiences Strong understanding of enterprise product design & ERP workflows Technical Skills Experience designing for AngularJS and Angular (latest versions) Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals Mobile app UI experience using Ionic, Flutter, React Native, or similar frameworks Advanced skills in Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch Familiarity with design tokens, scalable UI systems, and component-driven design Agile development process exposure Jira or similar project management tools Domain & Product Experience Experience designing ERP or enterprise SaaS applications Any industry domain is acceptable; real estate domain knowledge is a plus Ability to handle complex workflows and large-scale systems Soft Skills Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to handle multiple modules independently Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation ability Ownership mindset with high attention to detail Problem-solving and structured thinking Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams smoothly Education Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design / Engineering / Computer Science / HCI / Related fields (preferred but not mandatory) Opportunity to build a large-scale ERP from scratch Direct access to leadership and decision-makers Stable, fast-growing organization with strong domain presence Freedom to define and drive the product’s UX strategy On-site environment enabling quicker collaboration and faster iterations Apply now or share your profile at
