Senior Technical Lead - Aviation Compliance

Overview:

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the execution of certification and compliance activities. This role involves studying and implementing various national and international regulations related to UAS in civil and defense sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Precise planning and execution of certification and compliance activities.
  • Developing and maintaining an exceptional understanding of regulatory frameworks, including national and international standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and convincing skills, with the ability to analyze risks and initiate mitigation plans.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong foundation in aeronautical and mechanical engineering principles.
  • Flexibility to travel for work activities.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in technical compliance, with at least 5 years in the UAS industry.
