  • Investigate root causes of escalated issues, work towards permanent solutions, and monitor customer satisfaction trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements:

  • Technical acumen and expertise in products and services supported.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with relevant tooling, including ticketing systems and dashboard tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
