Job Description

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering insightful financial data and analysis to drive business decision-making.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement comprehensive financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts, including cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet projections.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to establish financial goals and objectives, and developing strategies to achieve them.
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of financial plans and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience
