Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Leader to oversee our financial planning and budgeting processes. The ideal candidate will partner with senior management to provide strategic insights into revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Lead financial modeling, business case preparation, and return on investment (ROI) analysis for new projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless integration of financial strategies with business goals.
  • Manage client billing, revenue recognition, and working capital management processes.
  • Support external audits, statutory filings, and compliance reporting.

Requirements

  • Mandatory Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong exposure to financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, financial tools, and MS Excel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
