Job Description
Transparent Overseas, Firozabad is looking for Senior Executive - Finance to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
o Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis
o Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, including financial planning and analysis, investment analysis, and risk management
o Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies
o Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
o Oversee the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards
o Collaborate with business operations teams to develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives
o Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and develop and implement initiatives to improve financial performance
o Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
o Participate in strategic planning and decision-making activities as a member of the senior management team
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills
