Key Account Strategist Role

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Strategist to serve as the primary liaison between our organization and clients. This position demands exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of client service excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and engagement reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client needs and inquiries, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful solutions, leveraging product, sales, operations, and other departments as needed.
  • Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track client feedback and work with relevant teams to implement improvements.
  • Mentor and support junior associates, contributing to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Experience using CRM or client management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for creating positive client experiences.
