Regulatory Compliance Specialist

The Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and guidelines. This includes monitoring changes in laws and regulations, providing guidance to senior leadership and board committees, and managing audits and inspections.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing compliance testing plans
• Preparing and submitting periodic returns to regulators
• Coordinating with group entities to share compliance updates and submit data

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Law, Finance, or related field
• 7–13 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in banking or NBFC sector
• Strong understanding of RBI and SEBI regulations and financial compliance frameworks

Preferred qualifications include certification in compliance, risk management, or related areas, as well as experience in policy drafting and governance.
