Product Owner - Open Banking Job

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our newly established team focusing on Open Banking and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, regulatory interpretation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations and translate regulatory requirements into actionable business insights.
  • Produce comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with the regulation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Support internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and provide timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
