Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven marketing leader to spearhead our professional products marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize channel marketing strategies, encompassing social media, email, event marketing, and trade show participation.
  • Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and product education within the salon ecosystem, fostering strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Design and implement seasonal campaigns, salon offers, and service-led promotions to drive business growth and customer retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the Education team to create marketing collateral for workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions.
  • Support in developing technical and product education materials for salon professionals, leveraging CRM and loyalty programs to enhance engagement.
  • Leverage influencer-led campaigns targeting stylists and salon owners to promote our products and services.
  • Track competitor activities and trends in the salon industry to inform marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate ROI of marketing activities and campaigns to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in marketing or an equivalent field.
  • 7-10 years prior experience in marketing leadership roles within the salon industry.
  • Proven expertise in working with salon clients and understanding their unique needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
