Digital Marketing Strategy Director

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Strategy Director to drive our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, combining creativity, analytical skills, and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies for clients to meet their business objectives.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure the team meets its goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members, ensuring they align with company culture and objectives.
Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Presentation campaign strategies, performance reports, and optimization plans to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Creative Oversight:

Research and Trends:
