This role focuses on building Qure's Global Health vertical, targeting high-impact opportunities across various regions.

The ideal candidate will lead partnerships with government agencies, engaging senior stakeholders, securing funding, and shaping large-scale AI initiatives for disease surveillance and digital health transformation.

Job Description

The GH – Growth & Strategy team is responsible for building Qure's Global Health facing business across multiple regions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Shaping market strategy: identifying priority regions, mapping ecosystems, sizing procurement potential, defining the value proposition, and crafting tailored market-entry roadmaps.
  • Creating large-scale AI programmes: designing multi-disease population-surveillance projects and opportunities where AI tools can accelerate ongoing Government Digital/eHealth initiatives.
  • Unlocking funding: surfacing and winning financing that accelerates AI procurements at state or national level.
  • Influencing policy & budgets: engaging bureaucrats, policymakers, and technical committees to create Healthcare-AI budget lines and inclusion in disease-control guidelines.
  • Stewarding stakeholder relationships: managing a network of partners, government stakeholders, and global funding partners.
  • Collaborating internally: translating market needs into product roadmaps, implementation playbooks, and evidence-generation studies in partnership with Implementation, Clinical Affairs, and Client Success teams.

Key requirements

  • Experience: 3 to 8 years in Enterprise Business Development/Growth/Public Health/Med-Device or Govt Advisory.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent English required.
  • Fully flexible and prepared to travel extensively.
