Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

A dynamic role requiring the ability to manage financial compliance, statutory filings and company incorporations with a focus on precision and timeliness.

This position demands strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to provide expert business establishment solutions, legal licensing and post-incorporation compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in company incorporation, licensing and regulatory filings ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.
  • Prepare and manage registration documents for approvals and legal compliance purposes.
  • Monitor application status and coordinate with government authorities for processing ensuring timely completion.
  • Provide guidance to clients on statutory obligations and documentation related to company setup.
  • Support timely filing of returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
  • Collaborate in preparation and filing of GST, TDS and Income Tax returns adhering to accounting standards.
  • Maintain financial records and ensure adherence to established accounting standards.
  • Ensure all work aligns with applicable compliance frameworks and legal guidelines.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients on compliance and financial matters providing clear explanations and support.
  • Address client queries and provide assistance on filings and legal procedures.
  • Develop and prepare comprehensive financial reports including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain accurate records of filings, transactions and reports.
  • Identify areas for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Possess a graduate or post-graduate degree from a commerce background (B.com, M.com BBA, MBA or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of GST filing, TDS and the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Show working knowledge or exposure to compliance requirements such as ROC filings, statutory registers and documentation.
  • Familiarity with accounting practices and compliance procedures is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Show eagerness to learn and grow in finance, compliance and regulatory work.Benefits:
