We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal and compliance functions, you will be responsible for reviewing contracts, managing legal documentation, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing Agreements for compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiating and drafting agreements that meet the needs of all parties involved.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of Board Meetings and related documents.
  • Providing support on ROC (Register of Companies) related matters.
  • Aiding in the preparation and review of audit reports.
  • Maintaining organized and easily accessible legal files and documents.
  • Coordinating the dissemination of agreements to clients.
  • Staying current with labor law updates and providing guidance to clients on related matters.
  • Authoring informative blogs and articles on relevant legal topics.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by senior management.
  • Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
  • Demonstrating ability to direct and supervise teams effectively.

Education and Technical Proficiency:

Candidates must possess a Degree in Law – LLB / LLM.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in corporate compliance and contract review.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
