Job Title: Head of Legal

This is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and transactions, with experience in entity structuring, fund formation, and litigation oversight.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to lead our legal function into its next phase of growth and development.
About the Role
  • The Head of Legal will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on all legal matters affecting the business.
  • They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as advising on risk management strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Ownership: Lead all legal documentation and execution for investment transactions, fund raises, and internal structuring.
  • Fund Structuring & Entity Formation: Design and advise on structuring for new funds, SPVs, and cross-border vehicles, ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term scalability.
  • Litigation, IP, and Governance: Manage ongoing and potential disputes in collaboration with legal retainers—aligning strategy with business priorities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive legal experience across corporate law, transactions, entity structuring, and fund formation.
  • Prior exposure to venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or family office ecosystems preferred.
  • Exceptional command of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory nuance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-context negotiations and execute legal workstreams at speed and scale.
