We are looking for a highly accomplished professional with a proven track record of success in the field of technology/AI law. Your experience in data privacy, commercial contracting, and regulatory compliance will serve as a strong foundation for this position.

Your responsibilities will include advising on AI governance, data usage, licensing, and responsible AI frameworks; driving agile and compliant go-to-market execution; and protecting and commercializing intellectual property across our AI and EV businesses.

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) with 12–16 years PQE across law firms and in-house roles;
  • Strong experience in technology/AI, data privacy, and commercial contracting;
  • Expertise in DPDP, GDPR, AI regulation, consumer law, and commercial negotiations;
  • Exceptional ability to balance legal risk with business agility;
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills;
  • A growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving markets.
