About the Role:
The company seeks a Corporate Compliance Manager to handle various administrative tasks for client companies. The role requires reviewing corporate agreements and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Create documents such as directors' resolutions, powers of attorney, and service agreements.
- Participate in incorporation and termination processes of companies.
- Provide fee quotations to clients and charge fees accordingly.
- Monitor productivity and performance against targets to ensure financial and client goals are met.
- Fully understand clients' activities and ensure actions taken align with the company's purpose.
- Manage client information and ensure accurate data in files.
- Ensure companies are capitalized and management agreements are available in client files.
- Work closely with managers to maintain client database and update it regularly.
- Develop and update legal manuals and procedures.
- Prepare monthly reports for the Management Team.
- Bachelor's Degree (Law / Economics) or Qualified Company Secretary.
- At least 8+ years of experience in legal and corporate services.
- Strong commercial awareness, initiative, positivity, and proactivity.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent client-facing skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent, hands-on, and accountable for delivering solutions and results.
- Ability to adapt and work in a dynamic team environment.
- Proven leadership and team player skills.
