Contract Management Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate project records from inception to completion, ensuring chronological documentation for all claim-related matters.
  • Familiarize with contract requirements and project schedules agreed upon in the contract.
  • Identify scope, schedule, and cost changes; issue notifications, follow-up, and approval as necessary.
  • Track submitted claims individually, prepare contractual justification, and supporting documents.
  • Prepare contractual replies/requests for claim approval and claim documents.
  • Compile detailed claim statements for submission to decision-making authorities and presentation to advocates.
  • Update claim status to relevant parties and coordinate with project teams for required details.
  • Evaluate claims against contractual entitlements and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • 10-20 years' experience in Construction Contracts Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar certification courses.
  • Effective Cost Management and Communication skills.
  • Good knowledge & experience in standard method of measurements.
  • Sound contracts administration and Management skills.
  • Capable of monitoring Cost control techniques and Commercial Management skills.
