Airport Aerodrome Rescue and Firefighting Leader

The Aerodrome Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) leadership role requires an individual to oversee the ARFF services at an airport, ensuring seamless emergency response and compliance with local and international aviation safety standards.
Responsibilities include leading and managing a team of Crash Fire Tender (CFT) personnel, developing and implementing operational procedures, conducting regular training and drills, and coordinating with airport authorities and emergency services.
The CFT Incharge will also be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and readiness of ARFF vehicles, equipment, and firefighting systems, preparing and analyzing incident reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Aviation Management, or related field is required.
- Advanced certifications in Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) are necessary.
- Valid ARFF certification from a recognized aviation authority is required.
- Leadership experience in airports industry is essential.
