Emergency Response Team Leader

The Emergency Response Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing emergency response services at the airport.

  • Lead and manage a team to ensure round-the-clock readiness for emergency response.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational procedures and protocols in compliance with local and international aviation safety standards.
  • Conduct regular training and drills for the team to maintain peak performance and readiness.
  • Coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, and emergency services for seamless emergency response and mutual aid.
  • Oversee the maintenance and readiness of emergency vehicles, equipment, and systems.
  • Prepare and analyze incident reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards related to emergency services.
  • Participate in airport emergency exercises and provide expert guidance and leadership during simulated emergencies.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold the highest standards of emergency preparedness.
  • Provide leadership and support during actual emergency incidents, ensuring a swift and effective response to protect lives and property.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Aviation Management, or related field.
  • Advanced certifications in Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF).
  • Valid ARFF certification from a recognized aviation authority.
  • Valid certification in Fire Safety and Prevention.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the airports industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) services.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management.
