Job Overview

The role of Energy Solutions Specialist involves engaging with customers to understand their energy needs and providing solutions tailored to their requirements.

  • This includes building long-term relationships through prompt and professional service delivery, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on industry trends.
  • The specialist will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provide clients with clear information about products and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with potential customers through various channels to understand their energy needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.
  3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  4. Stay updated on energy efficiency trends and the Victorian Energy Upgrade Program to provide clients with accurate information about products and benefits.
  5. Work closely with the marketing, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Proven experience in sales, consultation, or a related field is essential, preferably in energy or HVAC.
  2. A customer-focused approach with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills is required.
  3. A self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team is ideal.
  4. A basic understanding of the company's services is beneficial but not necessary.

Additional Responsibilities
  1. Reach out to residential and commercial clients to discuss energy-efficient solutions.
  2. Inform customers about products available through the Victorian Energy Upgrade Program.
  3. Coordinate and schedule appointments for site assessors and Installation team.
  4. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns professionally.
