Energy Storage Systems Expert

We are seeking a skilled Renewable Energy Technical Specialist to join our team.
About Our Team:
- We focus on the research, development, and service of renewable energy and electric drive products.
- Our main products include wind power generation products, photovoltaic generation products, power conversion products, industrial drive products, and electric car products.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for PCS/BESS product installation, debugging, maintenance, and modification work.
- Troubleshoot PCS/BESS product issues and guide customers in resolving simple faults.
- Manage PCS/BESS on-site spare parts and track their inventory to ensure normal operation.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate effectively with on-site customers.
- Learn about company products and provide training to customers.
- Comply with departmental rules and report work on time.
What We're Looking For:
- A self-motivated mindset with experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in central PCS or BESS.
- Strong English communication skills as our working language.
- Able to plan in ambiguous situations and take action.

- Based in Rajasthan, India.
