Job Title: Operations Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Operations Manager to oversee and streamline inspection and quality operations in renewable energy projects, specifically solar and wind energy.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in QA/QC, project execution, vendor and stakeholder management, and team leadership, with mandatory experience in solar and wind energy projects.

  • Lead Inspection Operations: Manage inspection operations for solar and wind energy projects across manufacturing, installation, commissioning stages.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure implementation and compliance of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols.
  • Manpower Allocation: Supervise and optimize manpower allocation across multiple project sites.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors to maintain quality and delivery standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, consultants) for project coordination and issue resolution.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain detailed reporting of inspection progress, project timelines, and quality status.
  • Industry Best Practices: Drive adherence to industry best practices, safety standards, and renewable energy regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement in processes, team performance, and inspection efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred).
  • Experience: 6 to 10 years in QA/QC, inspection, or operations in renewable energy (solar and wind mandatory).
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of solar PV systems and wind turbine components.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent stakeholder and vendor coordination skills, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
