Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

To support the customer love team in handling all incoming customer inquiries across various channels. Multiple
communication channels used by customers include WhatsApp, email, Instagram, calls, and others.

• Streamline consumer journeys by identifying and documenting all errors encountered during the
end-to-end order process on a daily basis.

• E-commerce Order Management: place new orders, modify, cancel, refund, and other related actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, quality assurance, technology, and business
to escalate relevant issues related to order delivery, products, technology, or business operations

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Identify and document all errors encountered during the end-to-end order process.
  • Manage e-commerce orders including placing new orders, modifying, cancelling, and refunding.
  • Escalate relevant issues related to order delivery, product, technology, or business operations to
    respective teams for prompt resolution.
