We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect, analyze, and respond to customer feedback in a timely manner.
  • Tactical Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Any undergraduate degree is accepted. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
