Job Title:

A business leader is sought to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for launching SaaS products in the US fintech market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop positioning and messaging to resonate with early adopters, founders, and finance leaders.
  • Drive traffic through community-led distribution, including Reddit, Twitter, Discord groups, startup forums, affiliate networks, and fintech communities.
  • Build partnerships with accelerators, fintech incubators, affiliate marketers, and B2B SaaS tool ecosystems.
  • Design and run experiments to optimize growth, including landing page funnels, waitlist gamification, and incentive programs.
  • Oversee key performance indicators: sign-ups, activation rates, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, referral efficiency, and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing with a proven track record in launching and scaling SaaS/fintech products, particularly in the US market.
  • Success in launching and scaling SaaS (fintech preferred) from the ground up.
  • Hands-on experience with distribution tactics via Reddit, Twitter, Discord, startup forums, affiliate forums, and community networks.
