Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment, possessing a strong passion for listening, writing, and of course, jewellery.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Ambitious and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills
  • Decent typing speed
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Proactive, patient, friendly, and thoughtful

Key Responsibilities - Customer Satisfaction

  • Respond to customer inquiries on phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
  • Keep customers informed about order status
  • Collaborate with the product team to assess customer requirements
  • Maintain records of customer interactions

Key Responsibilities - Sales

  • Contact customers with failed transactions to close sales opportunities
  • Recommend products to customers if desired products are not ready to ship
  • Generate payment links to complete sales opportunities
  • Upload products and videos on Pinterest and YouTube

Key Responsibilities - Merchandise

  • Assist in creating detailed product pages
  • Upload new products to WordPress as required
  • Track customer search behavior and resolve issues that bring up no results
  • Monitor collection and banner performance

Remuneration

Salary: Up to Rs 3.6 LPA depending on experience
