Job Title: Business Development Liaison

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through effective telecalling.
  2. Lead Enrichment: Enhance lead quality by conducting research and gathering relevant information.
  3. Client Interaction: Collaborate with the sales team and customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  4. Proposal Development: Prepare and send customized proposals to clients, highlighting our services and benefits.
  5. Follow-up: Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in South Indian languages is a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Sheets, Slides, and CRM software is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
