Job Summary

  • A seasoned financial analyst is sought to develop, analyze and maintain complex predictive models in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and creating comprehensive valuation models from scratch using Microsoft Excel.
  • Supporting the business with financial modeling expertise and template creation.
  • Collaborating closely with brokers and analysts worldwide to create financial models for prospective clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and growing the portfolio.
  • Providing exceptional service through regular client meetings and building strong relationships with brokers and analysts.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the real estate industry.
  • Expertise in creating, analyzing and maintaining complex financial models.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate or related fields with outstanding academic credentials.
  • Proficiency in real estate-property valuations, including Discounted Cash Flow, IRR, NPV, Time Value of Money, Return on Equity, Debt Returns and Three Statement Financial Analysis.
  • Ability to manage large and complex financial models.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Possess a passion for real estate financial modeling and a desire to work within a dynamic, collaborative and driven professional environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel.
  • Experience in working with complex data sets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
