Job Opportunity: Real Estate Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled expert in the real estate industry to join our Gurugram, India team.

  • The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience with expertise in investment modeling, financial statement analysis, and Argus modeling.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support commercial real estate business through lease abstraction, loan abstraction, multifamily sizing, financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and Argus modeling of all property types.
  • Work closely with analysts and stakeholders from various global offices to enhance skill and global real estate knowledge.
  • Collaborate with leadership and business line heads to support existing processes and new business opportunities.
  • Deliver excellent service by attending meetings with global team members and fostering collaboration, gaining valuable insights, and continuously improving service offerings.
Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of work experience in real estate industry with proficiency in reviewing real estate documents, leases, loan documents, rent rolls, income statements, appraisals, and other third-party reports.
  • Subject matter expert level in real estate domain with direct client communication and project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software with hands-on experience on Argus Software preferred.
  • Strong quantitative orientation with knowledge or ability to learn principles necessary in real estate underwriting, including Discounted Cash Flow, IRR, NPV, Time Value of Money, Return on Equity, Debt Returns, etc.
