Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned market analyst to contribute to our research efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking commercial and residential real estate markets globally.

About the Position

The selected individual will leverage proprietary data and source, update and validate third-party information relevant to global capital markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Data collection and maintenance on regional country's commercial and residential real estate investment market, including pricing, buyers, sellers, capital flows, financial metrics, debt and equity analytics, and performance data.
  • Contribute to ongoing digitization of capital markets data through technological initiatives at the global level, focusing on improving data quality and reporting efficiency.
  • Utilize proprietary data and external sources to produce standard research deliverables, such as monthly, quarterly market insights, market overview PowerPoint decks, and reports as requested by clients and internal partners.
  • Promote collaboration among researchers across the organization by efficiently disseminating internal and external data and information.
  • Support thought leadership and research content development through sharing data and contributing market knowledge where relevant, driving client engagement and business growth.
Requirements:
  • A strong interest in real estate with a commitment to learning micro and macro level market dynamics, focusing on investment trends and capital markets.
  • Organized, methodical, and proactive, with the ability to multitask, work independently, and effectively manage time and workload.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret data.
  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to work independently or as part of a dynamic organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with data visualization tools and platforms.
  • Background in commercial real estate.
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, economics, urban planning, geography, social science, or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with information research tools.
