We are seeking a high-achieving Business Development Manager to drive growth and success in the real estate sector. This key role involves identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities to exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the real estate market.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, property owners, builders, and investors to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas to inform business decisions.
- Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in a CRM system.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 37 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or a related field.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
