Associate General Manager - Training

This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for designing, planning and executing comprehensive training programs across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical coding and at least 5 years of experience in HCC specialty.

  • The Associate General Manager - Training will oversee the development of training initiatives that align with industry trends and ensure that all training content is up-to-date with the latest HCC/ICD coding standards.
  • They will also be responsible for refining training methodologies to enhance learning efficiency and outcomes.
  • In addition, they will lead the implementation and evolution of quality management practices across training programs.
  • They will drive the adoption of new training technologies and methodologies to enhance learning outcomes and reduce training time.

  • High-Level Mentorship: Expertise in coaching and developing senior team members to enhance leadership capabilities within the training function.

  • Innovation & Adaptability: Ability to quickly adopt and implement cutting-edge training solutions while remaining adaptable to business needs and external trends.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical and reporting skills, leveraging data to drive improvements and measure training effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate (Preferably from Life Science background)

Experience: 15+ years of experience in Medical Coding, with at least 5 years of experience in HCC Specialty and substantial team management experience
