Product Training Specialist - Wealth Products

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Trainer to join our organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions on wealth management products, solutions, and services tailored for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional clientele.
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to new Relationship Managers (RMs), helping them integrate smoothly into their roles and understand product offerings.
  • Monitor and follow up on RMs' progress, ensuring they achieve business objectives and become profit centers in the shortest possible time.
  • Assist RMs in preparing for relevant industry certifications and compliance requirements, offering resources, study plans, and coaching.
  • Teach RMs effective pitching techniques and client engagement strategies, focusing on relationship building, trust, and value-based selling to HNI and institutional clients.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and remedial training where necessary to help RMs overcome challenges and enhance their skills.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Prior experience in wealth management, financial products, or similar domain.
  • Strong understanding of HNI and institutional client needs and relationship-building strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial products and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with certification requirements and compliance standards within the wealth management industry.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about developing others.
