Sr Affluent Wealth Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sr Affluent Wealth Relationship Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth individuals and families, providing personalized banking and investment solutions to meet their financial needs.

Job Description:

  • Manage a portfolio of affluent clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their financial goals are met.
  • Meet or exceed targets for high net worth individuals and families, driving growth in banking and investments.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and expand the client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of 6-8 affluent clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Business Growth: Meet or exceed targets for HNI/TPP and banking growth, driving revenue expansion.
  • Individual Performance: Achieve individual PBG targets across TPP (40%), measured by achievement over target.

Fundamental Qualities:

  • Financial Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of CA, Trade & Forex, CMS, and Asset products.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage complex client requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in Current account Acquisition, Product & Processes, Trade & Forex & other current account related products.
  • Qualifications: Wealth Management experience preferred, Insurance experience, retail relationship management profile.
