About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Premium Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with high-net-worth individuals to promote premium real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Provide expert advice on property investments aligned with clients' portfolio goals, leveraging your knowledge of real estate market trends and competitor analysis.
  3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Proven track record of handling high-net-worth clients and closing high-value transactions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
