We are seeking an innovative and dynamic individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales Intern.

About the Role:

This exciting internship will provide you with a unique opportunity to develop your consultative selling skills, enhance your CRM discipline, and master objection handling techniques. You will be working closely with our Growth/Revenue Lead to drive sales growth and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound leads into paid bookings for premium experiences through prompt responses, qualification of needs, recommendation of options, and record-keeping.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Alive's products and services to effectively promote them to customers.
  • Collaborate with the Growth/Revenue Lead to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Excellent phone and WhatsApp presence, with quick typing and clean formatting skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets, with comfort using checklists and templates.
  • High ownership and reliability, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
