Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled High Net Worth Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our relationship management group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers through individualized customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain banking relationships with high net worth customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Identify and pursue business opportunities to expand the banking relationship
• Collaborate with other teams to provide seamless access to other products and services
• Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions
Requirements:
• 4-6 years of experience in relationship management or a related field
• Strong understanding of trade and forex, commercial assets, and financial markets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Postgraduate degree or equivalent experience
