Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Surat branch. As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of managing teams, driving business growth, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain financial responsibility for all expenses, wages, and asset management, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
  • Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement, driving process enhancements and quality service delivery.
  • Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement.
  • Hire and train all employees of the branch, developing high-performing teams that drive business success.
  • Develop and maintain Key Customer Relationship Management strategies, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and loyalty.
  • Review and analyze Branch Operations reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage complaints and issues effectively, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in management or supervisory roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and develop high-performing teams.
Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
