Role - Technical Coordinator

The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate completion of work. This includes following up on queries between IMLG and Investment Managers, as well as resolving complex transactions that require expertise to interpret policies, guidelines, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Review and verify the accuracy of data and ensure proper authorization of payments
  • Maintain and retrieve departmental reports, and resolve problems encountered without breaching the SLA
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in filling group emails and complying with SLA and regulations
  • Focus on resolving complex transactions that require expertise to interpret policies, guidelines, and processes
  • Prepare and maintain complete documentation and procedures on processes to support individual and create needful documents for new comers
  • Train new partners
  • Proactively research and resolve problems encountered with performing daily tasks and refer more complex problems to manager or team leader at the timely manner
  • Respond to inquiries regarding exceptions via eRM, emails, swifts, and other reports, and maintain and keep manager or team leader up to date on all relevant issues; escalating any issues as appropriate
  • Have sufficient knowledge on FX basic trade flow and settlement method
  • Act as central source of contact in researching and resolution of issues with minimum help of team leader or manager
  • Assist Team Leader in the day to day functioning
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 24 months experience in current role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Possesses good communication and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with partners on site/across business lines/juniors and seniors
  • A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through. Escalate issues as appropriate
  • A client-focused approach
  • Possesses working knowledge of MS Office
  • Exposure and understanding of Risk, Audit, and Compliance factors
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets with exposure to Hedge funds/Private Equity/Comingled Funds/Fund of Hedge Funds

Experience:

  • Sustainable performance demonstrated through examples/evidence, the above-listed core skills and competencies in the current role over a period of 24 months
  • 2 years as Senior Analyst

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Minimum
  • B.Com, BBA, BBM – Preferred
  • B.SC –Math, BA – Acceptable
  • Minimum requirements
  • Understanding of Foreign Exchange Trade Life Cycle
  • Good understanding of Multi-Currency Payment Processing
  • High level of Proficiency in English
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Computer literate
  • Good knowledge of accounting, finance, Banking operations, Securities industry
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • Min 2 years work experience in related field or IB
  • Ready to work in Night Shifts and Sunday's
