- International BPO Operations Specialist.About the Role:
- This position requires extensive international calling experience, including audio and video interactions. The successful candidate will have excellent listening skills to accurately take notes and update systems accordingly.Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately listen to and engage with clients via audio and video calls.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions by updating systems in a timely manner.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English, to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Demonstrate basic computer knowledge to navigate relevant software and systems efficiently.
- Be flexible with working hours, including night shifts, and maintain a high level of productivity throughout the workday.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in international calling is highly valued.- Excellent listening and note-taking skills are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Basic computer skills are necessary to perform daily tasks efficiently.
