About the Role:

This dynamic role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective recruitment plans to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies to achieve hiring targets.
  • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels.
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Conducting initial screenings and interviews to ensure candidate suitability.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activity.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4-8 years' experience in bulk hiring for domestic BPOs.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sound knowledge of job portals, social media sourcing, and recruitment tools.
  • Proficient in Excel and recruitment tracking systems.
