Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the Broker Price Opinion (BPO) process from start to finish in an international voice process setting. This role involves collaborating with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely completion of BPO reports.

Main Responsibilities:

  • BPO Process Coordination: Manage the entire BPO process, ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders.
  • Information Gathering: Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to collect necessary information for BPO reports.
  • BPO Request Assignment: Assign BPO requests to qualified agents, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Issue Resolution: Address discrepancies or issues identified in BPO reports and collaborate with agents to resolve them.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments, including client preferences, property details, and valuation outcomes.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in International voice process (US)
  • Work location: Chennai office
