We have a reach of 19000+ pin codes across India, ensuring our products and services are accessible to a diverse customer base.

A highly motivated professional with a passion for profit and loss management and people leadership is sought after. Our mission is to delight customers by working with vendors to offer the best selection, pricing, and delivery convenience across a wide range of products. The Manager Vendor Management will lead a high-performing team and drive both top and bottom line metrics for a category. To deliver results, this person will own strategic vendor relationships, expand product selection, negotiate vendor terms, partner with marketing teams to drive traffic, and work with operations and inventory to guarantee product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full profit and loss responsibility, including planning, forecasting, and driving growth for the category.
  • Manage, hire, develop, and lead a team of Retail Vendor Managers.
  • Drive strategic vendor negotiations and deliver outsized results. Represent the organization when meeting with senior executive teams from top vendors.
  • Set goals and strategic direction for the business, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and vision.
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders like vendors and marketplaces, as well as internal groups such as inventory, legal, finance, operations, and marketing teams.
  • Cross-functional collaboration on necessary systems and processes to support business needs.
  • Identify industry trends that are relevant to customer selection and experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of account management, vendor management, or retail experience.
  • Masters degree (preferably MBA from a Tier 1 institute).
  • Experience with vendor negotiations, pricing, promotion, or inventory management.
  • Experience driving direction and internal cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience managing and developing a high-performance team.
