Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Vendor Relationship Manager to lead our team in managing the performance of our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners. This role will be responsible for ensuring that our vendors meet and exceed their contractual obligations and service standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vendor operations, with a proven track record of driving results through data-driven decision making and effective partnership management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve vendor performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of vendor services with our business operations.
  • Lead regular business reviews with vendors to discuss performance gaps and develop corrective action plans.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a contact center or BPO environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to drive business decisions through data insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
